Hey, I’m Tayla, the founder of Moody Media Content! Let me take you behind the scenes and yap away about the story of how your new favourite content and marketing agency came to be…

I've always had a love for talking to a camera, but it wasn’t just the filming that got me hooked—it was the editing. That’s where my creative spark really came to life. I can honestly say it started when I was 10, dreaming of being a YouTuber, and unknowingly teaching myself marketing along the way. I spent hours creating strategies that somehow helped me build a solid community long before I even realised what I was doing.

In 2022, I decided it was time to take a leap of faith. I left my full-time job and dove headfirst into the world of freelance UGC (User-Generated Content). It was an incredible journey, working with amazing brands, forming lasting relationships, and gaining a deeper understanding of brands’ content needs, struggles, and wins.
 

This is where everything started clicking. I loved UGC—and still do—but I wanted to do more. I’d hop on Zoom calls with business owners, listen to their content and social media challenges, and while UGC was a part of the solution, I knew it wasn’t enough to address everything they needed.
 

So, like anyone with a passion for problem-solving, I dove into research, and then researched some more, and more… I spent so many long nights scrolling through countless marketing and content agency websites. The more I researched, the more I realised how hard it was to find an agency that offered solutions for all content and social media struggles. Sure, there were agencies doing bits of the work—like social media management—but what if someone needed raw footage to edit themselves? Or a face-of-brand creator to take their TikTok to the next level?
